How long does onboarding take?
Most providers are live in 4–6 weeks. We handle onboarding agencies, setting rules, verifying compliance requirements and training teams so you're not left figuring it out alone.
How does compliance tracking work?
Care Hires auto-verifies DBS checks, right to work documentation, training certificates and references for every agency worker before they're assigned to a shift. Expiry dates are tracked automatically and you get full audit trails downloadable at any time — ready for CQC inspections, commissioner reviews or internal audits.
