We have been using Care Hires for just over a month now. As a new service we have been very reliant on agency staff while recruiting a permanent team. Since opening Care Hires we have managed to cover 100% of our requested shifts, some at very short notice. The portal is very easy to use, booking shifts is simple, you can view staff profiles, request specialist training and view I.D and right to work documents. Care Hires are always available, I have a named account manager, Thariq, who has always been able to answer any questions and during the initial set up period completed several admin tasks on my behalf.
